How does the 30-day free trial work?

When you sign up, you instantly get access to our fully-loaded Estate plan for 30 days. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.

How does the built-in phone work?

Make and receive calls in Freshsales by purchasing local & toll-free numbers starting at $1/month. Once you enable the phone feature, you’ll receive an email along with a credit worth $5 to buy & make phone calls. You can always top up your credits from “Plans & Billing” in your Freshsales account. Check out phone call rates

Is my data safe?

At Freshdesk, we take data security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance & we ensure that our application is always up-to-date with the latest security patches.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can. Freshsales is a pay-as-you-go service so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. We do not have cancellation fees. But if you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month.
